Wave Week 2026 Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel before May 15, 2026, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding the deposit.
• If you cancel on or after May 15, 2026, NO REFUNDS will be issued as we are required to submit final information for all registered students by this date.
